Mythic Shaman Death or Ridicule mask
The Ridicule dance mask has traditionally represented the window between worlds, the mythical world of Shamans and that of the afterworld. These rare types of masks are of the highest honour to create and to dance.

Andy Haddon Bruce
Born July 11th, 1970 at a small remote fishing village of Alert Bay, BC. Andy's lineage is of the famous Hunt/Cook family. In fact Andy's great, great grandfather George Hunt worked closely with the famous anthropologist Franz Boaz. A member of Kwakuitl nation, Namgis Band, he is presently living and carving full time in Vancouver, BC. He apprenticed with Jimmy Joseph and has continued in the rich tradition of his famous family which has carved in honour for many generations.
